Bio
Dr. Zhang Chen, Jason is an Assistant Professor with a joint appointment in the Department of Computing and School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU). Before joining PolyU, he served as a senior manager at the Big Data Institute at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Dr. Zhang received his Ph.D. degree in Computer Science and Engineering from HKUST in 2015, under the supervision of Prof. Lei CHEN.
Dr. Zhang Chen, Jason's research interests are focused on the areas of Digital Tourism, Crowdsourcing, Fintech, and Machine Learning. He is enthusiastic about exploring the frontiers of these fields and working together with other experts to develop novel solutions to real-world challenges.
